I need some help with starting a Cycle town... :-/

So recently I bought a new copy of animal crossing and I'm not really ready to handle two towns, so I want to make it a Cycle town/ Giveaway town, since I have access to a powersave I can hack in items for giveaways and the like; but not villagers if you were wondering. But I don't know where to start.. Help please?

This is usually my method:
Make a new town (with a decent town name and character(s) name because the villagers will mention their old villages).
Look at the villagers check if any of them are decent.
If one is decent use this method: http://www.belltreeforums.com/showthread.php?152911-Foolproof-Cycling-Method (dahila's method) until the one you want wants to move.
If all the villagers are repulsive, close animal crossing, make a new town. Repeat until you get a villager you want.

EDIT: Though, if your looking for very specific villagers, probably don't use this method.

i'd also recommend you take a look at it, it'll hopefully help you fully understand everything you need to know about cycling. and i'm not sure if you know this, but using powersaves to sell/giveaway any item in ACNL isn't allowed here, just to save you from getting in trouble c:​
