I need Nook to put gps on my villagers phones

Yes! It's a pain to look for them and I get annoyed when I run everywhere and don't find them outside nor in their houses which would mean I have to go look for them in the shops or inside the museum which is really annoying tbh (especially if I have to look for them in the museum just to give them gifts orz)...

I miss having to yell everyone's name into the microphone to use said Megaphone, haha. Kinda reminded me of how Hey! Pikachu on the N64 worked. It was a nice way to use it, unlike some of the other Nintendo games that would eventually leave you short of breath (I'm looking at you Spirit Tracks). While the Switch doesn't have a microphone, the feature could still make a comeback as part of your Nookphone under Contacts (and have an AC-inspired name, such as Nook Chat, Bell Text [if Isabelle pitched the idea to Tom Nook], or Nook Post [referencing the Post Office trio] to name a few).

There should definitely be an indicator for player characters though at least. I guess if you were playing hide and seek it'd be cheating but maybe the host could change that setting (for everyone) via the phone at any time. We need a multiplayer settings app anyway, letting hosts change which restrictions are in place for which people and so on.

yeah if the nook phone had more features like that that'd be epic. one that alot of people want to be added is a tracker for guests, but i like to play hide-and-go seek with my guests and a tracker would ruin that...

though seriously, the nook phone could be so much more cool. Looking forward to when i can call my villagers lmfao

I feel like they could just make the timer disable that feature whenever it's being used/currently running.

oml this would be so helpful, i’m sick and tired of wandering around all day just to give them a simple shirt. at this point I just wait around until they show up because it’s such a pain to have to look for them myself.
