I need ideas on what to do for my 2nd house and possibly a 3rd?

Hey! I'm unsure of what I want to make my 2nd and possibly 3rd character houses into... I was think maybe a hotel, stage (with a backstage), shopping centre (or mall for americans), school or hospital but I don't think those ideas are creative enough xD I need something that will upstage my cafe in the basement of my main house but need more ideas!

I'm not too keen on having rooms with just sets e.g. the mermaid or gorgeous sets because I feel they're a bit boring since they're seen a lot - plus I love designing themed rooms instead.

I don't think I'll have a 3rd house after all... but I still need ideas for my 2nd house xD I'll use the space I was going to use for my 3rd house for my hotspring area instead hehe - OO maybe a spa in my other house instead?
