Buying I need a Deep Sea Egg!

I was under the impression that I could go diving at the Island, but it appears that you can only get the eggs in your town. I do not own a wet suit currently and the Deep Sea Egg is the only one that I need.

Does anyone have any to spare?

A wet suit would be awesome! How many bells would you be selling it for? And, I must tell you, I am very new to playing ACNL just as much as I a new to owning a 3DS. So, you'll need to explain how I would go about obtaining a wet suit in your town, or you coming into my town.
