I really miss to-go coffee and edible items from new leaf ;; I also miss your villagers inviting you over / coming over. I hope they come back soon ahh
Oh god and swimming.

I'm a game designer so I really do empathize with why they cut it but oh my god do I miss them ;; I hope they're brought back in some capacity
What are the small features you miss most?

Yeah, the villagers don't even invite you over. It's so rare to get a game from them, and then it's just treasure hunt. I want hide and seek, I want to make plans with villagers at a certain time, I want villagers in my house. At this point I'd rather do tons of delivery quests a day.

What if the coffee in new horizons acts the same as eating a single turnip? e.g your fruit-meter thing gets filled so you can dig up 10 trees? that would be really cool
I do agree though, i miss coffee and i miss villagers coming over etc

I disagree since ive had about 3 games, which is a lot for me even in new leaf. Although like 2 of those were both from one villager for some reason

I didn't even know games were a thing lol I never got one

Well, I got 2 since release and I don't think that's really enough for me? Once a week for something like this just seems to rare to me, I constantly talk to my villagers just so that I get some kind of interaction with them. But you saying the same villager asked you twice gives me hope that it's dependent on friendship level and that we unlock more once we get much closer to our villagers!

weirdly enough the villager it happened with i dont really talk to loads???
all 3 have been from lazy types i think, so maybe lazies are more likely to ask? which is definitely more likely to happen to me since i have too many lazies right now

The two villagers who asked me were Bam (Jock) and Poncho (Jock), so who knows what the variables are. 😅

On another note, I'd also love to see flea markets reappear! Or just being able to buy furniture off of your villagers.

I want hide and seek back, too! I suck at treasure hunt, i lost two times which is basically the total number of times i got asked to play it.
How am i supposed to snatch away all the cool items my villagers have if i cant visit them?

The treasure hunt also seems like a watered down version of the Tortimer's Island mini game, it's literally just finding one hole on your island.

I miss Brewster. Talking to npcs, slowly befriending them, and delving into their dialogue and backstory is the most rewarding part of the game. Sable, for example, when she finally opens up to you. 10/10 doctors agree, it's not up for debate. I really liked chatting with Brewster every day, even in the darkest depths of my time traveling story-skipping malaise.

I remember Audie asked me something similar to like, going and doing hide and seek on the beach or dancing/singing on the beach and I was so excited that it was gonna be a cutscene or something I could do with her but nothing. I hope they add more interaction with your villagers.

I thought for sure we were going to be able to make juices out of the fruit in this game and thought we’d have more edible items just based on the juice you get at the start.

I miss the club tortimer mini games! Whenever I have my friend over we get so bored because there is nothing to do.

Also diving, diving was my favourite way to grind bells.

Unfortunately, it seems like this game has really watered-down villager interaction (requests, games, etc.).
