Haha, I'm already the Head admin on a much larger forum than this one for the last 5 years, I've modded two other forums also much larger than this one, and I still make time to enjoy AC:NL. I've had to deal with this issue sooo much over the years. People just don't understand.

On the contrary, respectable debate and how you handle altercations are very good qualities for finding potential responsible and respectable mods. There is a difference between "arguing with a mod" and "talking issues out to resolution" I have modded people who received warnings and whatnot before. Hell it's how I gained my Adminship even.
