tbh I’ve found a lot of good villagers (sherb, punchy, Lolly, marina, Gayle) on the islands and I think Cesar is my karma for that... he’s punishing me..

I don’t really count the amount of NMT I use, but it has to be around 30-40 recently. He’s not the only one I’ve encountered multiple times though SJSJJDJD- I encountered Marina 3 times before I adopted her, Biff 2 times, And Knox 2 times- And then a bunch of cursed villagers then I got Keaton.. again.... lmao I love island hopping

The way the islands work is by rolling the species then the villager first. So that leads to people seeing the same villager multiple times if there are not a lot of them in that species, the most obvious example of this is the Octopuses showing up at the same frequency as Cats, Dogs, and Birds. Gorillas only have 10 villagers, so they are on the lower end of the spectrum.

I saw a lot of the lions and the octopuses. I'm convinced Sherb is just not part of the reroll for me or was kidnapped because I would see 3 of the same goat and another 1 or 2 different goats but never Sherb.
