i can't even, this took forever

after sooo much fish bait and filling my pockets with just sea bass, i finally caught this jazzy fish ♡♡♡♡

i'm so happy ;-;

i caught a tarantula for the first time in my life on the very first day i played and thought i was gonna have that kind of luck forever but turns out i don't lol

The spawn rates for those were really high, they've decreased them since. In a way, Nintendo actually gave you your initial luck... and took it away as well.

now you just need 3 more... it's a purdy fish and will look even better after flick does his number on it... i hope... took me about 300+ bait to get that one and the giant T. so far i haven't managed to get more, or more than 2 barreleyes(donated 1 of course)... some fish are a pain, but so worth it. i'm really hoping that one ends up looking better than the oarfish, since its colours are so pretty.

now you just need 3 more... it's a purdy fish and will look even better after flick does his number on it... i hope... took me about 300+ bait to get that one and the giant T. so far i haven't managed to get more, or more than 2 barreleyes(donated 1 of course)... some fish are a pain, but so worth it. i'm really hoping that one ends up looking better than the oarfish, since its colours are so pretty.

tbh i've only made 1 fish model so far, i got a betta because that's the prettiest imo and the model is just as groovy as the actual fish ♡

my sister likes to make models of sharks and coelacanths to show off but she had nowhere to put them aha

aw this is a cute idea, i have a little fishing spot outside with a few fishing tourney things i got off my sister
maybe i'll put a model or 2 there ☆

rainy days seem to give you more luck, even though you're using bait...

tbh collecting 3 of the same fish puts me off getting models of rare ones like a mahi-mahi
but then i don't want models of the more common ones like a sea bass
pretty much the reason i don't have many fish models lol

i made a long, 5x wide pond leading up to my museum entrance, doing the X shape and put models and small fossils on them. works for most except the queen and moth since they're so huge.
