Well, Jeremiah is like my last dreamie! So what happens is I find he is in boxes on a cycling thread. So I say please can I have him. They say yes. I say thanks but I need to get a villager out. I try and try and try ALL of the next day and noone moves out that I want to. Then the person with Jeremiah says their sis has Jeremiah as well so if they do give him to someone else then I still have their sister so therefore I had more time. I wake up the next morning to get a pm saying 'bad news' and it says about the sister accidentally tting him out and the other Jeremiah is now gone. So both are in the void now. After a week of searching I see that Pengutango has Jeremiah and is cycling. I say when are you gonna cycle because I am dying for him. Pengu said that they were gonna cycle at 7pm est(midnight for me) so I go to bed that night and wake up at 1am. Jeremiah is in boxes on the cycling thread. Pengu says that I can have him but I still had no space in my town. So after an hour of trying to get the Pashmina (who is stopping me from getting my last dreamie) out she never budges. So then another person comes along and says they want Jeremiah as well and they had space. So Pengu said that they wanted to continue cycling so they gave Jeremiah to that other person. I have been searching forever since. I feel like I have had lots of bad luck. 
Same goes for you. Be patient and you will be even more happy when you finally get him.
