I can't decide who should stay or go

I want to hunt for Coco or Lucky, but my island is full and while I love them all...I do want to get Coco and Lucky.

I have right now

Flo (One of my starting villagers, Uchi)
Deirdre (Uchi)
Axel (My other starter, Jock)
Ruby (Peppy)
Audie (Peppy, one of my dreamies)
Kiki (Normal)
Bob (Lazy)
Whitney (Snooty)
O'hare (Smug)
Bruce (Cranky)

I really love Flo and Axel especially since they were the two I started with and Flo sings A LOT, so cute ; 0 ;
I just got Bruce today, but he's really fun looking! And O'hare and Deirdre were both my favorite villagers I had in my New Leaf town.
The only one I'm not 100% on is Ruby ;; but if I want to get both...I'd need to let go of two of my villagers.

based on your list, i would vote to get rid of ruby as you’re not 100% certain that you’d want to keep her and deirdre since you already have an uchi and you seem to like flo more than deirdre ;u;

I don't think you should keep Flo just because she sings, I feel like she doesn't fit in with the other villagers appearance-wise. And I'm sure another villager will pick up the singing.

Yeah especially with New Horizons it's much better to let starters go, they might return with their actual interior.

thats true!! and flo refuses to get rid of her sleeping bag no matter how many beds i give her LOL
