I can't decide on a new name for my town after restarting

I have come up with a list of about 28 different potential town names.
Tell me which one you like the most in the poll and in replies

I think Moonpass sounds nice.It makes me think of a calm and peaceful village where at night the moon can be seen big in the sky..

thank you, I actually got the name from one of my favourite gamecube games Starfox adventures but in that game is called Moon Mountain Pass and its actually quite a creepy eery location within the game haha, still I agree it is a nice name

i went with seahaven. it denotes a beautiful and calm place, and it has a nice ring to it.

I preferred Seahaven, but since that is too long, I went with Moonpass

i don't like naming things with two words without a space, so i chose risa. not that people shouldn't name their towns things like that, i'm just not comfortable with doing it myself. still, i think risa's the best of the town names.

I went with Mintmoor because mint sweets are yum. Also the villager called Mint is pretty cute. She looks way too cute to be a snooty!

(BTW you can't have Duskgrove because that has nine letters so it's too long)

I voted none of those, because I feel like some of those are basic names that you see a lot.

If anything take your favorite word and translate it in some other language for a cool sound or just find something creative that isn't a mash of two words!

Out of all of those, I think that Mintmoor is the cutest. But I kind of agree with AppleBitterCrumble - the mashing of two words is kind of relentlessly boring, at least in my opinion. But, assuming you like that kind of thing, I'd definitely go with Mintmoor.

This is pretty much exactly what I was going to say. I think too many of the other town names sound so... generic. I personally wouldn't use any of the rest for that reason. What I mean by generic is it feels very forgettable.
