I cannot find the fence in my list of PWP's

I want to build another fence in my town, the problem is that its not on the list of PWP's. There seems to be no information on the internet on this that I could I find. It would be a big help if anyone could help.

I thought you could only build one fence but according to the wiki it says nothing of the sort. Maybe you really can only make one, though?

Thats what I was actually thinking. I guess they dont want you to breed to much flowers.

Yeah this happened when I wanted to build more than 1 windmill. Sucks unfortunately :\

Yeah I wanted to build two of those rock tombstone things? You can only have one in a town. I understand things like the police station or the Roost, but ordinary pwps like a fence or rock shouldn't have limits. That just messes up people's plan for their town. I mean it's not like NL doesn't already have enough limitations as it is...
