I cannot believed this happened to me

When i was go to the island i got stoled by someone.Ok, you see this is what happened:
I arrived at the island for the n/a only and this person he said that he liked my tux and my new years hat (red)
then he asked if he can borrored them then i gave him my tux and hat. and then he said "wow" then it was time for me to go so i asked if he could give them back to me but instead. he went inside and talked for to leave ( i knew it because of the "?") then the sign apperded that he was leaving. AND THEN RESET!.And do you what happened: i only got my tux. but not my new years hatHow can i only get my tux i need the hat.because the hat is unorderable. and now i have to go back to december 31 2013 for to get it back.

Same principal, except in a game. And it's more likely to happen in a game since you don't know what they look like or what they're going to do.

That's such a shame- don't allow them to push you in future, they can't do you any real harm no matter what pressure they put on you, just flip off the wi fi if it happens again

To be fair, I wouldn't consider your item "stolen" - you let them use it. You could have easily prevented it and you didn't. In future you should be more careful.

So sorry this has happened to you.

1) Problem is if you are a nice and kind person you assume others are... don't ever make that assumption in a game or real life. There are a lot of nice people out there but always remember there are some nasty ones too.

2) Don't ever let anyone pressurize you into giving them things or doing anything you are not comfortable doing both in a game or real life.

3) Remember, they cannot physically hurt you in the game. Just leave the Island or turn off the WiFi or just kick them out if they are in your town.

I'm so sorry about what happened to you, and not to be rude or anything, but I have to agree with everyone else...why would you let someone take your clothes?
Also, you can remove them from a certain list to keep them away so you can't ever meet up with them again.
Do you remember who the person was? Hopefully they won't try a different trick, but for now I'm going to be especially cautious of anyone who asks me for something.
