Okay, first, is he verbally or physically bullying you?
you need to be able to talk calmly about it with adults, if you are really upset it is fine but by showing it it sometimes comes off as seeking attention. Your parents should be able to help in this, and honestly if it is really that bad with no one listening consider getting transferred to a different school.
I honestly cannot tell the whole situation here, but you shouldn't resort to violence over it.

Pray to whatever your religion follows that something horrid, maybe death, happens to him.
In case you don't have a religion/atheist, then tell one of your friends to videotape him bullying you.
Better yet, have him bully you, walk to where an adult is, and you don't have to explain and he can't pretend to be innocent because an adult witnessed it.

I told him he could pray to whatever his religion worships, then either he dies by non-murder or murder, in which he will not be a suspect.
Hoping for him to die isn't the answer, religion doesn't have to do with this. Killing him will make you regretful and guilty your whole life. If it is that serious, then make sure an adult listens to the problem. Balance the benefits and consequences of what decision you want to make and consider your values.
Wishing death upon people? Really, why do you even bother giving advice, you're terrible at it.

Its just school. Just turn the other cheek. He clearly has such a terrible life that he has to project it onto you. Just put him in his goddamn place its simple. Not going in and crying about it is the stupidly cowardly thing to do. If someone bullies me I put them in their place and make them shut up.
And hell, if he hits you due to it you can call it assault and get him thrown out.

step three, laugh at yourself for making a big deal over him (this step will probably happen in 2/3 years, thank me later when you have hearty lols)

oh and if you wanna be a tattle tale, feel free to continue that path. i wouldn't recommend it, but it works i guess. it depends on the situation of course, but you didn't really explain a lot, so i assumed u just jelly of his mad skillz.
