Hybrids on the beach?

Can you grow hybrids on the beach? I for some reason thought you couldn't....

I've also seen guides that include special orange pansies and others that don't is that a real thing?

Orange pansies are real, I have some.
The beach is the best place for breeding because villagers hardly go there, and are much less likely to plant normal flowers next to your hybrids.

I'm rearranging my whole town now actually for it lol! and I meant SPECIAL orange pansies like the special red pansies and roses for breeding purple pansies and blue roses

If you breed hybrids and get normal ones out of them, the normal ones can now breed various colors, that's what she means with special I think.

Not sure how she means that with orange pansies, my orange pansies already produce yellow, red and orange. Unless she somehow manages hers to produce white or something?

its how you get blue roses and purple pansies! breeding orange and white, orange and purple, purple and white roses make special red roses... two special red bred together make blue roses... some call them "Hybrid Red Roses" and "special red roses"

its the same for red pansies when you breed red and blue pansies, the special red pansies bred together make the purple... somewhere I saw you can do the same with orange pansies to make special orange or hybrid orange to make the purple pansies

You can breed hyrbids on the beach! I put a lot of my spare flowers there and they spawn hybrids. I think that when I tried to breed my first hybrids on purpose, I also used the beach to do that.

Just a word of advice, use your private beach (especially if you have a pirate beach, where you need the swimsuit to get across). I've noticed that villagers are way more likely to visit my main beach and they can plant flowers there. They're still less likely to do that than around town, so if you dig holes around your flowers (leaving some space for them to spawn) you should be fine.

I've bred 500+ blue hybrids on my beach. So yes, you can.

That's where I grew all my hybrids. There are a few spots on the beach that grow hybrids better. That's where I place the ones I'm trying for.

The more time you spend on the beach the more villagers show up. During the winter I was fishing last year and 2 villagers were done there. I watched them plant in the empty spots.

I pretty much use my beach for hybrids as well. I find that it's a good place to grow a massive amount of flowers without clogging up the paths in your town.
