Whats the best breeding pattern for hybrid flowers? In previous game it would recommend leaving 4 flowers with an opening in the middle, where x is flowers

But I'm doing it now, and it doesn't really work, I get maybe one new flower in 3 days, usually not even a hybrid. But it seems to get more hybrids if I plant the flowers in random clusters..? I'm not sure what the best thing to do here is?
