Hungry villagers

It makes me feel so sad when a villager tells me about their hunger.

Tangy approached me and said " She was too embarrassed to shake a tree and she was hungry.

The villagers usually tell me after I have sold all the fruit and I feel horrible about not having anything to offer them.

I now keep one tree of each fruit available for those times.

I am a first generation American woman and my mother was born and raised in a 3rd world country.
Over the years---- she shared many stories of her hunger when she was a little girl.

It tugs at my heart strings when my villagers say they are hungry.

Thank you for allowing me to share a personal thought with the community.

Tangy also asked me for fruit that way and in that town all I have is oranges. I was feeding her cannibalism x__x I feel bad when I turn down or fail to fulfill any request that my villagers throw at me, so I understand. There's always tomorrow though and I am sure she will have a new request then!

Heheh well Tangy is an orange (cat but let's ignore that) that is eating oranges. I feel wrong watching her chomp down on those little oranges that so closely resemble her head. 0.0

I feel bad when I can't say yes to their demands (I also had to feed Tangy oranges once, it was slightly disturbing!). I was given an exotic bed, which is great since I didn't have it yet, and then Stitches wanted to buy it! I had to say no and was told "Well if that's the way you feel". AAAGH I didn't mean it that way, I needed the bed!

This makes me so sad. I always keep fruit on my trees or extra in my inventory so I can always say yes and give it to them.
I hate seeing them sad.

I always feel sad when I have to deny my villagers too. Though if it is one of my favourites I always answer yes and either find the fruit in my alt town or if I don't have it there I'll hope at some point I visit someone and they'll let me take it. ~ I don't keep all fruits in my town.
