why is the mail carrier pete in my town is he just dropping by or am i supposed to give him something?

He drops in randomly from what I know. He's stopped in my previous town once.

i saw him twice. He comes on a random day of the week at a random time between 9am and 5pm.

Yesh I've seen him tons of times. I'm not sure about AC:CF but I knew in AC:GC he would drop by twice a day to deliver mail.....but I'm not sure what happens here. All he does his talk to you....so I doubt you have to give him anything.

Yeah, this happened to me too yesterday. I was walking near the beach and he was just standing there walking around. I went to talk to him and he just talked about how he delivers mail and etc. He didn't ask for anything. So I guess sometimes by chance, he is walking around your town looking to talk!

I have only seen him once in cf. He is just a cool adition to the game.
