How to move out certain villagers?!

Im losing my mind! Im trying to move one of the 3 villagers I dislike out of my town to make room for a dreamie. Ive been TTing for 2 hours now and have gotten multiple pings from everyone except those three villagers (and my last move in). One of the villagers is in my top 3 friends in the game, and the other two I basically ignore. So idk whats going on. Any suggestions? I want to get one out asap!

lol it's a long process especially when you only want to move out a few but it's worth it

Thats basically what Ive been doing... And the ignoring thing doesnt work for me. In the past, one of the villagers I want to leave has pinged me twice to leave - and both times I said bye, and he said he changed his mind and was going to stay anyway. :/

for me, if i haven't talked to a villager in a while and someone said they're leaving, i have to talk to them again for them to ping me about them moving. and once they do, i either tt immediately a day after their moving date or don't talk to them anymore so they don't change their mind. that's what helped me move out villagers, other than that idk
im guessing in ur case u talked to ur villager after they said they're moving so that's why they changed their mind?

Get friendly with your unwanted villagers. They will get more comfortable with pinging you and most likely won't change their mind when they do ask. I've found that ignoring unwanted villagers just makes things more difficult lol

Holy crud, I FINALLY got someone to ping! I wanted her to stay more than the others, but whatever lol she had to go eventually anyway. Now Im gonna spend time working on my friendship with the other two I hate I guess, so I can get them to leave when I need them to!

Yeah, the ignoring thing never works for me. It's usually my bffs that I want to keep forever that want to leave. So I agree with this..
