how to make the new move in move out?

I'm doing the 16 cycle on my bf town to get lolly back to his town (I have lolly on my town) but these one I have for the moment
(Chadder smug rat) doesn't ping no matter what
I know they are the hardest but is there a way to make move faster? I have never met an animal so stubborn to stay in the town and his the 8 of the 16 cycle :/ and he has all his dreamies he need he only missing lolly that he lost

It is possible to have the newest move-in move out, but it's very rare. And like Lumira said, you'll most likely have to move someone else out first since that's easier.

I heard that if you find out the villagers least favorite items and send them to the villager in the mail, they will move out. I tried it and sent Sylvia some of her least favorite items like 6 days in a row and then she pinged me to move out!

I'm not sure if it was coincidence or that's really how it works... but it's worth a shot!
