how to make gifs change?

Hello. I'm wondering, how is it that users are able to make gifs change every time the page is refreshed? I don't know how to explain it well, but it's basically a new gif on the signature and it cycles when the page changes or is refreshed. Hope I explained this fairly okay....,

You can make your sig swap out using signavatar.com. Make an account, upload your photos, and paste the URL (with img tags of course) they give you into the sig area.
