5?4 people call me tiny and idk why.... my hands are really small i guess and when my friend realised that i was a tiny bit taller than my other friend he was Shocked!

I am 5'9''. It makes it annoying to find shoes that fit or pants that are long enough. Why can't girl clothes just be based on measurements like guys clothes? Instead of a bunch of different pants that say they are size 14 but are all a slightly different fit.
