How screwed-up is your sleep schedule?

Mine is completely terrible, I go to sleep at 7:00am and wake up at 12:30pm (mountain time, if that even matters)

also what are some things you guys do to actually get yourself to sleep?

my dumb brain will not shut down, so i just end up laying there staring at the ceiling for a solid hour.

During school usually 10pm-7am
During the holidays usually 3am-9pm
but ofc I wake up a lot during the night
 
I don't know, I never sleep and wake up at certain times, I have no schedule. I usually just sleep and wake up when i want, which usually isn't in the "average" range for sleeping, so maybe slightly screwed-up.
 
I work graveshifts, and my boyfriend and family all work days so on my weekend I get onto a semi-normal sleep schedule like going to sleep at like 12-1am and waking up at like 8-10am, but when I work I am going to sleep around 9-11am when I get off work, and waking up anytime from 1pm-9pm depending on what my brain is doing, sometimes it hates me... But since on my days off I sleep normal I'll try to either stay up all night (which never works) or try to sleep longer at least so I don't die in the middle of the night but neither ever works so I end up waking up at 12-2pm and having to stay up until 9-11am the next morning when I get off work, which is slowly killing me I'm sure. Also these past few weeks have been hell because I shoot up at like 1-3pm because it's hot as balls then can't go back to sleep so I've been running on very little sleep, it's super fun.
 
Kind of messed up? I go to bed past midnight most nights now that I don't go to school, and I wake up sometime between 9am - 10am. But then I don't actually get OUT of bed until midday... It's kind of crappy since then I spend my afternoons studying, I'd rather spend the morning working and then relaxing in the afternoon. Oh well.
 
At whatever time by body feels like sleeping and waking by someone else or waking when I feel refresh

Pretty good at the moment but it's only a matter of time before it gets all screwed up again. :/
 
I used to walk and listen to music for most of the night because of depression. I'd get about 2 hours of sleep a day, usually around 4am. I've since gotten over that. Now I have a baby for an alarm clock, so I go to bed around midnight and he wakes me up at about 7 or 8 in the morning. He wakes me up about 3 times a night.
 
I have to take sleeping pills to actually get some sleep before 5 am. I can wake up before noon, but it's difficult.
 
Way too screwed, I really have to force myself to go sleep around midnight or so otherwise I'll be up to 4 am doing all kinds of shiet lol.
 
I go to sleep by 12:30-1am and wake up at around 10-10:30am.
 
I used to have a really crappy sleeping schedule. I'd go asleep anywhere in between 1AM to 6AM and wake up in between 3PM and 4PM.

For the past week though, I've been going to bed anywhere between 10PM and 1AM and wake up at around 9AM.
 
not messed up at all
usually go to bed around midnight and wake up around 9:30
though that'll change when I go back to public school
