I got my copy of ACNL in August 2014. Up until probably February I would play it every day possible. Now I skip a few days or like an entire week. But I feel really bad when I do that so now I'm making sure to check it every day. Plus, I'm trying to get Diana in my campsite again ( she came twice when i had 10 villagers :( ) so checking each day would help a lot. So, how often do you play and why?

I try to play everyday, sometimes hw gets in the way though. I play bc its fun and really cute, tbh

I've been playing for every day for along period of time. Right now I'm working on getting the last few fish for Player 2 and 3.
It took a hour plus for each player to catch the giant snakehead fish in my summer town.
Just need to catch one island fish for each player and they'll have a golden fishing rod.

In my main town I'm working on getting most of Players 3 badges. She so close to the gold tour badge. Just 500 more to go.

i usually play everyday, however sometimes i'll get overwhelmed with school/studying and won't have time.
i play mostly during the night as i'm a night owl!

I've been playing daily since I got the game last November, and haven't been playing much of anything else since. I think I'm starting to get a bit burnt out though, so I might start mixing things up more with some other games. I'll probably still try to play at least a little bit each day for now, until it starts feeling like a chore.

I've played more than I'd like to admit 10-14 hours a day but I think I'll stop
playing as much now that I've finished constructing my 2nd town. I've played daily for the entire month of February just to finish my town. Needless to say, I feel accomplished.

I used to play daily, with moderate TT. (I would TT but I'd visit each and every day and try to do everything possible before moving to the next day.) Then eventually it became once every couple a days, once a week, and then I went on a 2 month Hiatus. I plan on playing more now, as well as little-to-no TT.

When I played daily I'd play 10+ hours a day

I try to either play when I wake up or before I go to bed every day. And then if I feel like it I'll play during the day too :D Sometimes I play as much as 8 hours total and sometimes I only play the one hour. I try to play for fun, so if I don't fee like it I'll only do the daily stuff like digging for fossils and such and then turn the game off.

I try to play everyday to at least get whatever basic stuff that needs to be done daily. So far since I got it last week I haven't skipped a day.

I play it every once in a while, but lately I have been playing other games, and not ACNL, but I still like and play it. :)

I play everyday. Within the last few months I started looking into more of the AC community (guides, this forum, ect.) and started putting more order into my town. I still have so much planned, I can't leave it in the dust now.

I really try to play everyday for around one hour and more. When I have no time to play, I set the clock back to the day I missed.

I try to play every day, sometimes several times a day depending on what I have going on or if I work. I always try to at least do my check-in with all of my villagers to make sure they don't want to leave, and dig up all my stuff. Usually doesn't take me too long, but if I want to get everything done I have to play for at least an hour or two, to do all my shopping, water everything, and then more time to go to the island and catch bugs for money. It's a very time taxing game.

When I first got it, I practically played whenever I got the chance, spending like ~4-6 hours per day during the holidays. As of now, I just go on to plot reset my Dreamies (only one left to go). I'm going to be doing the diving trick after I get all of my Dreamies, so I guess that'd bump up my play time I guess???
