How often do campers come?

Random =) it also depend on the rate, lets say if you use reset trick you might get 1 in 2 reset or more for the day, but some days you wont get many even you reset alot~

If I reset, does that mean I have to go and water all my flowers again for the day? I have never reset.

O.O reset for camper mean,

before you enter your mayor or any save character on that day, go in with a new save file, randomly put name and answer Rover question, enter the game, run to see if your campsite has anyone, no? Go back to home menu and start again the same way. If yes, see if you like the camper and want it to move in, go to Isabelle and do the move in process. You can delete that character after save =x

I know I am bad in explaining xD So I found this for you =D

No, the reset trick is basically making a new character before loading your mayor/secondary characters. This enables you to load your town "differently" each time you make a new character, thereby being able to check for campers or find out who's moving their plot onto your hybrids/perfect orchard. If you're not happy with what you see on that new character, you "reset" by exiting the game without saving. Then you try again.

What I know for sure about camper rates is that right after you make it (including the ceremony), there is a 100% chance of getting a new camper the very next day. Every other time, it's just completely random.

Eik wait wait! I want to know more about this o.o how to be sure I will get 100% camper the next day? Mean after a PWP surely will be a camper? O.O LOL is all because I never actually fully use my campsite xD always adopt villagers from forum xDDD

Thank you guys so much. Going to have to do this today to try to get a camper so I can try to get him/her to move in. I appreciate the help.

Yeah, after you build the campsite and do the ceremony, there's a 100% camper rate the next day. I did it to get Marshal from the camp, but there also seems to be rate for what kind of animal villager you can get (for example, on that day I got no squirrels but a lot of horses and mice), so I had to settle for Stitches. ; w; It's the best day to reset for campers.

After that, there will never be a 100% camper rate. :C

No problem! Good luck! If you get too few campers when you reset though, you should try another day. It's frustrating seeing Rover's face over and over, believe me. ; w;

Had to agree with the last sentences lolx~ I hate seeing his face especially when I did the reset trick for new villager's plot.

They appear more often than not if you only have 8 villagers. 9 or 10 villagers and they only appear once in a blue moon, from my experience.

I get pretty much no campers when I have 8 or 9 villagers. If I do, it's like Barold or something.
Twice I've gone into the campsite with 10 villagers to have dreamies in there and other super cool villagers I wish I could invite in.

It really is random, though. Sometimes the reset trick works wonders, but it takes me forever to get anyone.

My campsite seems to be on a cycle. For a week or two, I will go without campers. Then, for two or three days straight I'll have campers. Then back to no campers.
