Anywhere from 1-6 hours, depending on what I'm doing. If I'm doing renovations or dreaming, I'll spend longer on the game, but on a typical day with nothing to do/no holiday I spend 1-2 hours playing.
At least two hours, but it often ends up to be around 3-5 hours. It depends how busy I am on that day and how much motivation I have to play the game in general. At the moment, I play it more, as I started over with a new island.
ever since the halloween update i've been playing 3-4 hours every day pretty much. these autumnal vibes really cured my burnout, and i love this time of year up until christmas in every AC game!
Def 5-6 hours when the game first came out. I was super addicted and there was nothing else to do. Nowadays I will pick it up for maybe 1/2 hours. I take looonnggg breaks for a while but recently came back to it and have been working on a town project everyday after work. I feels nice to come back after a while because I get rather burned out if I play and do the same things everyday.
I haven't played it much in the last month (well literally none at all) due to burn out and working. For quite a long time before October though I'd spend at least 3 - 4 hours per day on ACNH though.
Since March 21st, I logged 775 hours on my main character, and perhaps 10 on the second (only made for getting max. storage)?
That would make an average of just a few seconds under 3 hours and 20 minutes a day.
My activity is very irregular though. I can play 9 hours on a single Satuday for the fishing tourney, or grind nook miles goals for days during vacations, while at other days I don't touch the game at all. I have missed some days playing, and I played a lot more in the beginning and last few months, with a dip in June/July/August.
I also play more on the weekends than on weekdays. I would say an average weekday would be 1-2 hours, with the weekends sometimes being 6-8.
Generally I'll either be playing for hours at a time or not at all. It's weird; I'll get set on one specific goal, put in shifts trying to achieve it, and once it's done I won't touch the game for weeks or months.
It really does depend on the day. Some days I'll just do my dailies and be done with it, especially if I've been working all day or if I want to play/do something else. Other days I'll just be enjoying wandering around my island interacting with all the villagers and building up some Nook Miles whilst at it. Also, if I'm island hopping, I usually play for longer too.
It depends how I'm feeling. I was playing it almost everyday for hours on end until a few months ago when I got burnout. I played a lot again in October because of all the new Halloween stuff. This month I've only played maybe 3 times, but I'm sure I'll get more active when the Harvest Festival update rolls around. TBH I'm looking forward to the Toy Day update more than the Harvest Festival one. I'm pretty sure I'll be back to playing daily again when it's the holiday season.
When I first started there were more days where I played for a couple hours or more each day, but nowadays I just play for around an hour or two and hop off. There’s a lot of other video games + stuff I want to do, not to mention I have a job and that takes up a good amount of my time. If I have a sudden inspiration to work on something in-game though, I can see myself playing for more than two hours in a day.
I play daily...usually 2 to 3 hours in the morning when all my villagers are awake.sometimes longer on special days like the holidays or if I am doing a design overhaul. Try to never miss a day...I allow myself one cup of coffee a day along with my gametime.
It's a mix of having a lot of schoolwork on my plate - thanks, college! - and a lack of interest in the game. The updates aren't really holding my interest anymore, unfortunately.
I was playing it for a lot of hours each day when it came out, but ever since August, I haven't been playing much. I've been busy with college and other games but I also just haven't been very interested in playing the game much lately.
I check in every now and again, but it's usually just for a 10-20 minute check in and then I leave again. If this game is anything like past animal crossing games, I'll be interested in the game again at some random time where I'll be playing all the time again.
