A lovely stranger offered me Rosie a while back but now I'm finally able to accept soon (Flo has now asked to move!) I've checked and seen they've been inactive for nearly a month so not getting my hopes up and a bit gutted 
I have about 30,000 nook miles and nearly 2 mil IGBB but spent most of my TBT recently... am I out of luck?? D:
