How many PWP's are needed for a perfect town?

The wiki says the limit is 30, but im wondering how many are required for a perfect town. Thanks!

I don't remember how many I had, but I'm fairly sure it wasn't as many as ten.

I got my perfect town with trees, bushes, and flowers, mostly.

Now I have 30 PWP's.

Those will lower the rating, and the tire toy. (A few more too.)

I don't know why the bin is so bad.
It keeps the town garbage-free!!

I ended up demolishing mine ages ago, and put the really nice 'basic trash can' in an obscure place in my house. ^_^

I need it, to dump all of the shirts my villagers 'insist' I must keep, because apparently, I forgot how much I really wanted them. According to Stu. :-/

No all of mine aren?t pretty normal. Maybe it?s the illuminated heart and streetlight that are lowering it.

Wait which PWP decreases your rating?

Just don't build stuff like garbage can, illuminated pwps, video screen, drilling rig when you've just started your town. I have a video screen now but I already have 30+ pwps in all so having that doesn't really affect my town rating. I think I got perfect for the first time (in my second town) after building the fountain, 2 bench, 2 streetlights, cafe, police station, wind turbine, lighthouse and bus stop.

Then meeting the specific number of trees, flowers and no more than 10 items lying on the ground

10 is a good number to aim for!

If you have 15 pwps - not including the museum or cafe or Resetti, and no perfect town...you might have to tear down a few. There may be an imbalance.

I wonder why the illuminated ones are so bad- I actually kind of love them.
