Just so you know, there's no way you could fit all of them in your town. Would be satisfying to have them all on the list though, I suppose!

Deejay's answer of 106 seems a bit vague as it may or may not be including things such as building remodels or major projects such as Club LOL. Can't be bothered counting everything, following Pripyat's link.
