My oldest town has 22 but that includes Katie, Blanca and multiples of long-time villagers. There are also about a dozen Zipper T's stashed in a museum room but I don't count him/her because that character is just a pita.

I have about 70, but I only get pictures from villagers that have lived in my town, and I've missed out on a lot. So, not bad.

I don't have any either. To be fair, I've moved in everyone (except Ribbot, which I got a few days ago through a trade) with amiibo cards. And I might have moved them out and in multiple times so that their houses only went to the bottom bit of the town. I haven't even gotten to the point in friendship where they randomly barge into my house lol. However, they are flooding my mailbox with letters, so hopefully I'll get someone's soon!

I have all of my villager's pictures but I've only received them by doing April Fool's. None of them have sent me their pictures on their own yet.

I have none of my villagers pictures. I practically ignore them all. Not that I don't like them or anything, it's just that I spend my time doing other stuff and would prefer not to be asked "Do you prefer mac n cheese or spaghetti?" 50 million times. xD I have lots of special pictures though thanks to someone kindly giving them to me.

I have 2 ruby pics (i love her and she loves me), a sally pic, kyle's pic (that i didn't get from him, but that i got on tbtf because i miss him so much and i regret letting him move- he asked me to move out not long after i just started playing so i didn't know any better), and i think a few npc pics that i can't name off the top of my head

I have 36 villager pictures from 13 different villagers. 9 of these 36 pictures are from Francine, who's only been in my town since November. I might make a Francine shrine one day if she keeps handing them out at this rate, because even though I've had Marshal, Wade, and Bruce for almost as long and I'm just as friendly towards them, Francine gives out pictures far more often.

For special characters, I have three K.K. Slider pictures, one Blanca's picture, one Jingle's picture, and I can't remember if I have any of Zipper T. Bunny's pictures, but I have many grand prize tickets I could trade for. I don't know if I have any other pictures.
