How Long will your Town Last??

I've uh... Never restarted a game. Not even Pok?mon.

Once I completed it it's complete, or I just make a new save file and play on that.

I like progress! I can't see myself restarting my village. It's not perfect, but I've received many compliments on it. I'm still trying to improve it as well. ^^

This is what I prefer to do as well. It's annoying that AC doesn't offer that choice. Greedy money-hungry baskets.

I can kind of see why they don't, perhaps. I've noticed it takes a little longer for my town to load up during the starting screen now. Even in a recent Let's Play from Lin and Kohei she even mentioned it took about 30 seconds that morning to load up her town. God forbid if I had two towns on one card. That would defeat the purpose of being convenient.

I am a serial restarter. But NL has so much to unlock I can't bear the thought of doing it all again..

My main town I'm keeping forever. Too many good villagers and so many hours work into it already. I have a second town which I'm restarting soon though. (which technically was my first town but I never grew attached to it)
I think there's just something addictive about resetting; viewing all the maps and villagers and wandering a new town deciding whether what you plan on doing would work there.

I can't see me ever restarting my town at this point. Maybe in a few years after I had taken a break from the game for the year and I'm looking for something fresh. I did that with Wild World and City Folk.

Personally, I never restart towns unless it's an older animal crossing game. If it's the newest one, I'll never reset until the next in the series comes out.

I would never reset my game. I love my villagers and have done a lot of PWPS, put down paths and planted tons of flowers as well as fruit trees.

I have the habit of resetting if there's ANYTHING that I don't like about my town.

I actually am about to delete my town that I have now so that I can start a new one with a new mayor.

The only thing that sucks is that my current town is PERFECT. D;

Agh, don?t do it. If you have some spare money, why not buy a second copy of the game?

I will never restart. If I might be hiatus for the game I will just turn back time to where I left.
to get all shop unlock and everything is a pain =_=;
It takes days, weeks, and month to able to get it this far. so I will never restarting

I too have restarted an uncountable number of times, the longest a town has lasted is about 2/3 months. I have restarted again yesterday I hope hope hope hope hope absoltely hope i can keep it for years. I never used to be this bad, i never used to restart ever, but one time i found out about grass wear on ACCF i was shocked i didn't notice it in my town, and all my grass had gone so i decided to restart so that i'd have loads of grass, and since that day i have always been restarting my towns. The reason for restarting this time was because i got the cafe, and ended up putting it in a rubbish place

Assuming that I don't have my save file corrupted like I did my original town, I have no plan on restarting right now. Granted, that might change in a few months time, but right now, I'm perfectly happy with everything the way it is.

I had thoughts about restarting recently, but I grew over them. Now I`m sure I`ll keep it forever. Besides.... I got a lot of work to do in my town. It looks way to boring lineair. So I want to really spend a lot of time with it, slowly making it perfect. I work on it piece by piece. Like different zones of my town. Besides if I would restart I would lose Fang and that just unacceptable.
