How long or short is your hair?

Its reached my shoulders and I'm unsure if I should grow it longer keep it or cut it shorter again.

My hair is a bit over halfway down my back, I even just got a trim and it's still really long, so glad I found someone to cut my hair who actually understand "A TRIM" and not like, oh you mean 5-6 inches right? Hopefully now my hair will grow stronger and longer and more powerful and I will finally be able to take over the world! HAHAHAHA
