I got it in September 2013 and take breaks from time to time (for about 1-2 months or so each break) 
every time I pick up the game again I ask myself: WHY DID I STOP?? lol I guess I have a lot of plans for the town but they're really time consuming so I'm doing it very slowly.. it's still really fun tho

I bought it 5 days after it was released I believe Since then I've made around 20 towns probably and played on two different DSs.

My daughter got it the first day it came out. I created a secondary character in her game within the first couple of days. I got my own game for Christmas of that year and moved my character to mayor of my own game. So, 2 years total.

The world is quiet here.
I've been playing since July 20th, 2013. One day my friend came over with her ds and acnl, at the time I hadn't even known a new animal crossing game was released nor did I own a 3ds. I really wanted the game and at the time I also didn't have a job. I was lucky that my boyfriend was kind enough to buy me the system and I think my mom bought me the actual game. I've been playing almost every day since.
I have had the game since June 16, 2013.
I played everyday for the first few months but then I took a long break when my favorite villager moved out and a new villager moved into a bad spot. This summer I got back into it and have been constantly playing it. I kept my original town and have been working really hard on it; I could not be any happier with my town today.
