I dont really understand how people can garantee that a villager moves into their village do you just forceably move him into the persons village via bulldozer or how does it even work at all it is kinds weird to me because im not sure how you can even make a villager move out because ive tried and i have no clue (i cant make them move out so how do i tell them where to move)

Every few days or so a villager will decide to move out of your town (it's random who the mover will be so you can't really choose, but you can time travel to make the process faster). They'll tell you about this by pinging you and you can either tell them to stay or leave. If you let them leave, five days later (or whatever day they say) they'll be in their house with all their things packed in boxes (commonly referred to as being "in boxes"). On this day anyone can come to your town and talk to the villager and they'll be given the option to invite the villager into their town. The villager will show up in the other person's town within the next few days.

A villager will ping you they will leave on a certain day. On that day, their furniture will be packed up in boxes. Invite your friend (person you're trading with), to talk to them and they can convince the villager to move to their town. Once the next day or two occurs, they will have that villagers house plot in their town. You basically do the same thing at their town when the villager pings to move. You can speed up the process by time traveling.

I've noticed in my game that every 3-5 days a villager will ask to move, If it's a villager I don't want, I go to their love out date when they are in boxes and then offer them up for adoption or trade. If a person decides they want the blather, we exchange friend codes and then I open my town gates to "faraway" and they come talk to the villager and if they have the room, the villager will offer to move to their town, then the deal is done, you save and end the session and boom.

If it is a trade of villager for villager, it's always best or make sure one of you have only 9 villagers so it makes it easier.
