some sort of capture device. most common is a capture card, which averages around 80 dollars or so with all materials.

just search up capture card or capture device at bestbuy.com or something.

Since I have a capture card, and have done this! Okay I recommend the Dazzle DVC recorder it's cheap for a capture card, but above average in quality. I bought mine in the nearest Bust Buy electronics. And don't worry about programs, or on how to use it just look up on Youtube, and you're bound to find a good reccomendation!
