How do you pronounce Gyroid?

I say it like "jy-roid" so soft g

I usually say it as Guy-Roid, because it sounds better in my opinion. I guess guy-roid sounds techy and cool opposed to the Silent G. GGGUY ROIIDDDD!!

Soft, because it's like a gyrating motion they do so I figured that's why they're called that.
