You mean have one big picture and then smaller pictures underneath that sort of makes the whole group of them into a rectangular? Instead of photos just going down one after another?

That's a tumblr feature for photo posts with multiple photos. You can adjust them with your mouse to make them in the order and size you want.

(I'm assuming you have a tumblr, though)
