how do you make this? and one of those signatures?

I'm guessing this is custom artwork, some people commission it (for real currency or TBT) in the museum section of the forum.

there wasn’t any artist credits so I assumed there was something available to do that sort of thing. because I assume the artwork above it was by people but not that one. in the second one these had credits and nothing about who the one I sent.

ofc also included the signature thing too.

oh i recognize those villager sprites in the first image, they're all on acnlsprites on tumblr. i would say the artists name (listed in the blog desc) but i think it'd get censored on here 😅. as for the second, after looking over the rest of their stuff i'm pretty sure the blogger created the image in your first post themself.

Hello there!

The human pixel art was drawn by the owner of the blog. They do credit themselves here (you'll need to click on "Art").

I hope that helps 😊

I’m sure they did!(created the image in the second one.) they did a pretty good job. only thing is where though? thank you for the help.
i'm not sure what you mean? they drew it themself in an image editing program and there are plenty of those available. when i do pixel art i use aseprite -- which is $20 usd -- but before i got that i used paint.net, which is free.
