The egg decorating contest is back! Join TBT’s Fifth Egg Decorating Contest, now with two distinct categories: decorating and painting. Entries must be submitted by April 9th.
Starting this Friday at 7PM EDT, follow clues to search for eggs around the forum in TBT's Thirteenth Annual Easter Egg Hunt. New eggs will appear throughout the weekend and the hunt ends on April 6th!

there wasn’t any artist credits so I assumed there was something available to do that sort of thing. because I assume the artwork above it was by people but not that one. in the second one these had credits and nothing about who the one I sent.
oh i recognize those villager sprites in the first image, they're all on acnlsprites on tumblr. i would say the artists name (listed in the blog desc) but i think it'd get censored on here . as for the second, after looking over the rest of their stuff i'm pretty sure the blogger created the image in your first post themself.

i'm not sure what you mean? they drew it themself in an image editing program and there are plenty of those available. when i do pixel art i use aseprite -- which is $20 usd -- but before i got that i used paint.net, which is free.
