How do you keep your pockets?

I keep my slingshot and watering can and wetsuit and shovel in letters...

and i just have in my pockets my net and rod...

i keep my axe at home

i normally keep my pockets empty except for all my tools so im always ready to do stuff! personally i really hate having my pockets full : /

i place all of my tools (well the ones i use the most) on the left side of the pockets menu and place them in order from most to least used. so usually my shovel/axe is on the top and my slingshot/watering can is on the bottom!

I like to put everything im keeping (tools/stuff) on the left side while things im selling on the right side. I only carry the basic tools and occasionally take a fishing rod and a bug net with me. the mail section is for special items I dont want villagers taking or if I run out of room.

Unless I'm looking for the money rock or messing with trees, the only tools I have on me regularly are my net and rod. Along with those, I usually keep a couple of random useless things in my pockets on the off chance they happen to grab a villager's attention.
