how do you get fun looking tools?

i've been seeing pictures and videos of people walking around with star shaped nets and an elephant looking watering can

does anyone know how to get them?

they're for sale in the upgraded nooks cranny!

Nook's Cranny will randomly have them for sale in the cabinet when it's upgraded to the bigger version. I'm obsessed with the elephant watering can, try customizing it for different colors and different eyes!
