Meh. I do that but just wind up throwing up when I have to. The sense of me going to throw up makes me wake up.LCA_Allstars said:Sleep.
That's a pretty good idea, you have to get plenty of fluids, and Gatorade has the electrolytes that especially help with that.Lobo99 said:I have one right now and it's terrible! I can't go an hour without throwing up! D:
My cure is usually to drink light blue gatorade

What's your cure?
drink water, ginger-ale, and basically anything except like, alcohol and milk.Lobo99 said:But then there is the problem of not having any gatorade in the house, and not having someone to go out and get me some.
Well I checked if there was any ginger ale before looking for gatorade. I have none. Also I never really liked water because I can't keep it down; it's too bland. I'm eating crackers right now and I hope it will help.Olivia! said:drink water, ginger-ale, and basically anything except like, alcohol and milk.Lobo99 said:But then there is the problem of not having any gatorade in the house, and not having someone to go out and get me some.
Another option would be Tea, I normally drink tea or iced tea, since it tastes good, and it helps a lot.Lobo99 said:Well I checked if there was any ginger ale before looking for gatorade.
