you can close a thread you make in retail and in the village exchange plaza, only mods can close threads of members here.

and this isnt the right forum to ask this =(

in your thread, there's an option below the space where you'll write to close the thread. it is at the left side and you need to tick a box and type in a statement to close it iirc.
