How do I use a picture as a link?

How can I display a link as an image? I know I do the url like

[url]url here[/url]

and I know the img code but how do I combine them right?
This would also help me fix the Brawl/MKWii card codes, too.

It's mostly just so I can link banners.

you just do the img tag inside the url tags

[ url= http://www.com ][ img ]url to image [ /img ][ /url ]

without the spaces.

Oh, I see where I sent wrong. I'm used to having quotes around the link url.
