How do i make a Poll?

I was wondering how do I make a poll? I want to determine which of these 3 villagers is better.

When you make a new thread, under "Your Message," in which you can type, add tags, and whatnot, there is a section labeled "Additional Options." In this section you will find an option to create a poll, and choose how many options you wish to include; whereupon I believe you are able to add your answers.
