How Do I Link my Club Nintendo account to my NNID?

I'm in the UK and Club Nintendo is still running, but I'm looking to connect my accounts together, but on my Wii U and on my 3DS there is no option to link my Club Nintendo account to my NNID. Is there a reason for this?

If you log in to Club Nintendo. There should be a page that asks you if you want to link your accounts.
That is how I did it and managed to gain 750 Stars.

How did you do it? I tried to do that on the computer but it said I couldn't do it because I was on the computer

I am unable to tell you to be totally honest because it does not give me the option to link my NNID anymore.

I cannot remember what I did. All I did was log on using my computer and I signed in and it gave me the option.
