How do I add a spoiler thing?

The list for my shop is getting very long. I am new to tbt and forums in general and was wondering how to add a spoiler tag (?) to make the post shorter like this http://www.belltreeforums.com/showthread.php?71937-JenniePooh-s-Catalog-Shop . Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You can create a spoiler by inserting text in between [Xspoiler] [/spoiler].

Just make sure to remove the X and period at the end when creating your spoiler.

You can also name the spoiler by putting [Xspoiler= Shop List] [/spoiler].

Once again, remove the X and period at the end to get something like this:

Spoiler: Shop List

APPLES
