How did you landscape the front of your mayor's house?

First town I put my house close the beach/ramp and put flowers around the house. Added a pathway in front.
Than I added a 2nd player and put her to the right very close to the cliff. Stopped villagers from moving in front of the mayor/ 2nd player house.

City hall is to the left of the ramp. In between there was enough room for pathways, a park that includes a flower clock, fountain and a fairtytale bench. No room for villagers to move in.

I've seen dream town with street lamp on each side of their pathway to protect their house. It's not right in front but down enough that it keeps villagers away.

well mines facing the ocean bc i thought it would be nice lol but i kinda regret it bc i cant actually plant anything but flowers :/

I wanted my house to have a "Private Mansion" vibe to it.
I simply placed trees around the houses with a "Greenhouse" (Which is the home of Fang)
I also placed a fountain in front.
Also, I made a path leading to a private patio with lounging benches.

Ettienne - Sure, standing under the arch, it's 3 steps from the flowers in front of the hedge (standing next to the flowers). I could have gone 1 step closer, but it would have messed with the path I use. I think the wisteria trellis would be very pretty, too. Hope you take a pic if you build it.
