like i dont mind but i dont have the diy and moved 1 over from my old town so how did the second one

Honestly, I randomly got one as well that I don't know where it came from. I don't have the DIY, so my sister made me one, and then I randomly had an extra in my storage. haha. So I'm not sure either. Maybe Nintendo added it in a patch?

I mean, I didn't duplicate it so I don't think that's it. haha
It doesn't look like anyone else may be experiencing this though. XD
I just know for a fact I couldn't have crafted another.

You could've gotten one from a balloon. I've gotten crafted DIYs from balloons that I don't actually have the DIY for before. The shell arch is an example of this.
