Sylvia accidentally moved in my town from my cycle town's void, and ugh I hate her! I need her gone to make room for Astrid and Teddy, but she just won't move! She was my tenth but Annalise just moved out after she came so she's now my ninth. I'm using the 6 days forward 6 back method and every villager has pinged to move but her. It's so frustrating! What should I do?

You just need to be patient. She will want to move eventually. Some people believe that ignoring or hitting them works, but I personally think it's just random. I always noticed that the villagers I have the highest friendship with always seem to ask to move, but I think that's just a coincident.

You may be onto something though. Chief Erik and Rosie ask to move the most and they're my best friends.

I've experienced ignoring them is the best option, best friends not so much from what I learned. I made my old town a cycling town, literally went through over 70 villagers and Fuchsia has not moved at all.. She was the one that'd go to my house uninvited and give me free items in the mail. She only asked to moved the week I got her and only said no once..

Then I had bluebear who I ignored a ton, took her 3 weeks or 4 to move without TTing! But that's the longest an ignored-user took me. Everyone else was fairly quick. Looks like your situation is turning into my Fuchsia situation except she was a bestfriend. I'm using the method that automatically puts someone in boxes.

It just seems unusual that EVERYONE else but her wants to move. Is it because she's the ninth villager? She was the tenth but then Annalise moved out right after...

I don't think it's because she's the ninth villager. For example, in my cycling town, every time someone gets in boxes, I'll get my new 9th villager..and there's a really high chance that the newest villager will move out the next 1-3 tries for some odd reason. The longest it takes to get someone out is 8 tries probably, besides fuchsia who is towards the 70th try.. I'd like to assume it's completely random otherwise. >.< Hopefully you can get her out and not stuck in my situation though.

A villager asking to move out is TOTALLY RANDOM, there is no way to make him/her leave any sooner, it's just luck. The so-famous tactics like angering a villager are useless. So you just need to be patient.
