How basic is my villager lineup?

In New Leaf I always thought I had uncommon villagers but in New Horizons I feel like I suddenly just fell into the popular villagers trap. I wanna know how common/basic my lineup really is, but first I'm gonna say who I have and why.

Kid Cat: I met him in New Leaf and immediately fell in love with him. We've had a long lasting friendship I don't wanna get rid of anytime soon.

Bob: Idk how I met Bob tbh but when I did I couldn't stay away from him, he's overall one of the best villagers there is.

Stitches: I met him in City Folk when I was 5 or 6 and instantly had an obsession with him. He's just so cute and his name fits him so well.

Lolly & Raymond: I had a grey cat that passed away a month or so ago and I got Lolly while I had him since she's literally a female cartoon version of him and I wasn't going to get Raymond but then I decided to get him as a another way to remember him. I also just love cat villagers lol.

Pietro: He has such a creepiness around him that I decided I needed him. I also wanted a sheep at the time and he was my top choice.

Dom: He was and probably still is my favorite new villager. Only thing I don't like about him is why he's a jock when he's so adorable.

Beau: I've always had a deer obsession for unknown reasons and after I met Beau in Pocket Camp I knew I had to get him.

Fang: He was my first island hopping villager and I had him in City Folk as a starter so I decided to get him. He's my only remaining villager from my NH starting 10.

Flora: Someone else who uses my switch has a bird obsession so I let them get her since ngl she's adorable.

So what's your opinion of my lineup? Are most of my island residents common?

I love your villagers! my faves from your line-up are definitely Flora and Lolly! ^^

and they aren't uncommon, but they all go really well together so it really doesn't matter
(not that it matters in the first place, enjoy whoever you like!)

as long as they make you happy, it doesnt matter if they're popular/basic! I love kid cat too; hes in my town

I love all these villagers! It doesn’t matter how popular they are as long as you like them for more than their popularity Also I had Lolly and Kid Cat in past towns too, and I miss them in my town now. Seeing this post makes me want get them again haha.

All that matters is that you're happy with your villagers. I really love a few of these villagers, Beau and Kid Cat are two great villagers.
I plan on having Kid Cat and Raymond on my island at some point too. I considered having Lolly as well, she's adorable.

You have some of the most popular villagers in there, overall pretty much every one of your villagers is somewhat popular, definitely not unpopular, but who you are happy with and which villagers you want on your island is up to you in the end

I love your lineup of villagers! Sometimes people tell me I have basic villagers too (I've got Raymond, Sherb, Merengue, etc. the cute ones!) and I think it's all about just being happy with your choices at the end of the day. Sounds like you have really strong reasons why you like each one but you shouldn't even have to justify the choices to other people. I don't really much care if other people dislike my villagers, to each is own, right? At the end of the day, every villager is an awesome villager!!

you have pretty common villagers besides maybe kid cat and flora but it’s still a very nice lineup! my favourite is either kid cat, lolly or beau ;u;
